Karate is a multifaceted Art and each aspect of the Art is an integral part of the whole. So I strive to approach Karate Training in its totality with equal emphasis on Basics, Kata, Bunkai/Oyo, Kumite including Sports Kumite WKF, Self Defense/Goshindo and Functional Fitness.
Did some Judo and Taekwondo along the way.
Started Nihon Tai Jitsu in 2007 under Sensei Zsolt Tuske, 3rd Dan, to complement my Karate Training (http://www.nihontaijitsu-hk.com/p/nihon-tai-jitsu_20.html, http://www.nihontaijitsu-hk.com/2012/06/nihon-tai-jitsu-official-curriculum.html)
Indebted to many great Teachers and Mentors and Training Colleagues along the Way, either directly under their tutelage or indirectly through their works, mainly books and DVDs.
